You may not have heard of Burke because she says she’s spent more time in litigation than activism, but she has been involved in marijuana law for years…
Burke says there is a statewide group and two national organizations that are putting together their own initiative, and have the funding to campaign for it, which she would support. But in case that initiative doesn’t happen, she’ll carry this one forward. The deadline to get an initiative on the November 2016 ballot is coming up this summer.
