Nevada City Man Injured After Crashing Motorcycle

Tassone says 28-year-old Joseph Lynch had injuries described as “minor to moderate”…

Tassone says Lynch might also have had a fracture. He says he’s not sure whether road conditions were a factor. He says many of the roads in that area are dirt or chip-sealed, sometimes affecting traction, especially for motorcyclists.
