Brennan says repair to the pool deck and plumbing system will be the most expensive project–about 75 thousand dollars. Replacing the city’s financial software will run about 50 thousand. Other projects in the works include a re-model of Seaman’s Lodge over the next 2 years, and a Pioneer Park remodel next fiscal year. Brennan says the Measure L fund is in good shape–the fund balance currently is 211-thousand dollars.
