Nevada City Woman Arrested For DUI Hit And Run

But Rhode says Stewart was soon after boxed in by some motorists who had witnessed the accident…

That citizen was the victim’s son, who was riding another motorcycle with his father at the time. Rhode says Stewart hit that motorcycle, and also tried to hit the son, after he got off. Stewart has been arrested on three felony charges that include driving under the influence of drugs. But Rohode says it’s not clear, at this time, exactly what the drug was.
