Nevada Co Fair Has New Deputy Manager

With Robin Hauck retiring at the end of the month, the Nevada County Fair has hired a new Deputy Manager. And he’s a familiar face.


Fair CEO Rae Callender says Patrick Eidman is a Grass Valley native with more than 15 years of experience in management, grant writing, fundraising, and financial reporting, including in Colorado. He’s already been working at the Fairgrounds here…

Eidman is a graduate of Nevada Union High School and spent his youth exhibiting steers and sheep at the fair. Callender says Eidman’s extensive work in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors will help make for a smooth transition to the new job, which began Monday…

Hauck has been Deputy Manager for the Nevada County Fair for 8 years and has over 30 years in the fair industry.
