Connor says approved households who are not Cal Fresh recipients will receive one month worth of benefits, equivalent to the maximum amount normally issued to a Cal Fresh household. And she says monthly income limits are also higher. For a 2-member household it’s $2049, with a $352 benefit. For a 4-member household, it’s $2755 for a $640 benefit. You can apply online or stop by the Rood Center during regular business hours Monday through Friday. The Social Services office will also be open Saturday, from 9am to 3pm.
