Callendar says by the end of this year, they will have cut back water use by a million gallons compared to 2013. There are also some changes on Treat Street. The Food Bank is running the tempura booth this year, and Kelly from Job’s Daughters says the corn dog line will be a little different, and hopefully faster…
They will be doing a re-model before next year’s fair, and adding another fryer, which of course means more corn dogs. The 2015 Nevada County Fair opens today and runs through Sunday.
