Miller says another ‘Priority A’ is to explore a sales tax to fund the libraries. The county currently has an eighth-of-a-cent sales tax for that purpose, but it is set to expire in 2018. There could be a ballot measure this November to raise the tax to a quarter-of-a-cent.
