Other sectors with notable gains were retail, adding 80 jobs from the month before. 80 jobs were also added in the mining, logging, and construction sector. But despite the significant increase in the jobless rate, the County still has the 13th lowest rate among California’s 58 counties, an improvement of two spots from May.
