Valdman says he feels that a number of Nevada Citty residents don’t feel they are being represented in the current council and he would like to be their voice.

Valdman is inspired by the commitment of the citizens that participate in City Council meetings whether for or against an issue; and he feels drawn to hear from the people about where they would like to see things go. He says Nevada City is an amazing, diverse community of people feels grateful for the opportunity to help make our dreams a reality.
