Scherzinger says the information will also help complete the financial feasibility report. It’s hoped a final cost will be out with the environmental impact report in the fall. He says construction of the dam will likely take about 2 and a half years. And he’s still optimistic that work can begin in time for the 2021 centennial of the district.
