Transit Manager Susan Healy-Harmon says drivers had to write down the number of passengers at each stop, how they paid their fare, and other information which is now done electronically. Healy-Harmon says riders can now call ahead and find out exactly where their bus is and how long it will take to get there, or they can try this new feature…
