Ganskie says the new field will also allow soccer to be played on it, since it will be flatter. The cost of the project was 100-thousand dollars, with funding coming from Nevada County, money procured by the district, and football program fundraising.

Why would you waste $100,000.00 to replace a football field that is going to be closed in a few years. Our taxer payer dollars at work!!!! I wonder who got their pocket padded on this deal?????
