Onlookers at Tio Pepe were stunned as they watched the vehicle plow into into the outdoor dining area. Bystanders initiated life saving measures as they tried to free the pinned man.
Emergency responders had to hoist the vehicle off the man to remove him from underneath the SUV.  The female driver of the SUV got out the vehicle holding a small dog and appeared to be upset.
