New Partnership To Support Homeless Vets

A new partnership between two well established non profit groups will provide support to homeless veterans or veterans in danger of becoming homeless. On KNCO Insight, Friends of Nevada County Military and Hospitality House announced the two organizations will be working together to provide funding and services.
Hospitality House Development Director, Ashley Quadros said that she was thrilled when Fred reached out to her offering assistance- she jumped a the chance.

Fred Buhler, co-founder of Friends of Nevada County Military, says veterans are a significant part of the homeless community.

Funding provided by Friends of Nevada County Military will go specifically for housing assistance which included helping to cover unexpected expenses that could cause a veteran to become homeless.
