New Round In Neighbors’ Feud In North San Juan

A longrunning feud between two neighors flared up again over the past weekend in North San Juan. Nevada County Sheriff Keith Royal says it started when 72-year-old Artimesia Lee was driving down a driveway, Saturday morning, off Cruzon Grade, where 55-year-old Christopher Silva also lives…

Royal says Lee couldn’t remove the poles and asked for another neighbor’s help, but he said he was afraid of Silva and so the sheriff’s department was contacted. When officers got there, they learned that Silva was under a restraining order and arrested him for violating the order. Lee has also been arrested during past disputes.
