NID Reports Above Normal Seasonal Precipitation

The first official numbers this season from the Nevada Irrigation District indicate precipitation is now above normal in this area. The District says, as of January 7th, and before the most recent systems, precipitation was 104-percent of average. The storage at Bowman was measured last week at around 151-thousand acre feet, after bottoming out at 132-thousand in late October.
