NID Water Service Charges Are Going Up

Meanwhile, Close says 100-percent rate hikes are proposed for NID’s small number of municipal customers, including Grass Valley and Nevada City. He says that would have them catch up to what all other customers are paying. Right now, they only pay about half of that amount.
