On Thursday, January 26, 2012, the Nevada County Sheriff’s Narcotics Task Force and Major Crimes Unit served a search warrant on the Oak Canyon Road residence of Kasha Kiley that led to five drug arrests on the 11000 block of Oak Canyon Rd and one drug arrest on the 10000 block of Peardon Rd in Penn Valley.
Arrested at the Peardon address was:
Denny C. Akers, age 43 of Penn Valley. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance; and violation of probation.
Arrested at the Oak Canyon address were:
Kasha S. Kiley, age 27, of Penn Valley, charged with possession of a controlled substance; being under the influence of a controlled substance; and sales of a controlled substance
Jeffrey S. Dean, age 23, of Grass Valley, charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance; possession of concentrated cannabis; and a warrant for failure to appear.
Andrew N. Patrick, age 31, of Grass Valley, charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Roxanne M. Cottrill, age 19, of Penn Valley, charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance; and violation of probation.
Vincent A. Virgili, age 30, of Penn Valley, charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance; and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.
Detectives seized 4 baggies of Methamphetamine at Kasha Kiley’s residence, each weighing approximately 1.7 grams.
Evidence recovered at the scene lead to three additional arrests today made on Oak Canyon Road and the seizure of 2 ounces of Methamphetamine.
The three arrested today were delivering the Methamphetamine to Kasha Kiley’s residence. The arrestees are named below and all were charged with conspiracy; possession of a controlled substance; transportation of a controlled substance; sales of a controlled substance; and being under the influence of a controlled substance:
Brandy L. Spade, age 38, of Olivehurst
Rhonda L. Guitron, age 38 of Olivehurst
All were booked into the Wayne Brown correctional Facility
