No Bail Set For Two Shooting Death Defendants

It’s a split decision, so far, regarding setting much higher bail for the remaining suspects in the vehicle-to-vehicle shooting death in Grass Valley. Prosecutors requested bail be increased to one-million dollars, as a way to put them back in jail. And Nevada County Judge Robert Tice-Raskin actually went further for two of the suspects, with no bail set for two of the suspects. But the judge rejected higher bail requests for Dakari Harris and and William Levise. A hearing for Ladderick Wynn is scheduled for today (Fri.). All six suspects are gang members from Texas. The sixth suspect, Trey Richard, has been in custody with no bail since his arrest, since he’s the suspected triggerman in the death of Shanta Olsen.
