No Contest Plea In Concert Rape Grass Valley Man

A Grass Valley man has pleaded no contest to raping a woman outside a concert in Yuba County. Yuba County prosecutors say 28-year-old Joshua Myers sexually assaulted the victim inside his pickup in the parking lot of the Toyota Amphitheatre on June 12th. The woman had passed out from drinking. He faces a sentence of three years in prison unless he violates court orders between now and the sentencing date of August 31st. If that happens, the sentence would be eight years.
