McCartney pleaded no contest to misdemeanor DUI. Fobe had also pleaded to misdemeanor vehicular DUI in 2012. Under the plea agreement, Fobe is expected to be sentenced to 90 days in jail, with the possibility of alternative sentencing, as well as five years probation.
