No Time for Ticket- Not a Good Excuse

A driver that told the CHP they did not have time for a citation, has a little more time to think about it now.  CHP Public Information Officer Dina Hernandez says an officer stopped a black SUV on Highway 49 at McKnight Way Wednesday morning.  When the officer started to issue a citation the 40 year old woman from Grass Valley, she was not happy.

The driver was stopped again, and taken into custody for suspicion of reckless driving. This time she was taken to the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility, to think about her driving habits.
