North San Juan Community Church Burglarized

The North San Juan Community church was broken into some time between Sunday night and Monday morning,  and among the items taken was a Fender Amplifier, an HP mini notebook 110 used for church services and music, and a months worth of soup for fellowship meals after services.  Also taken was the money box of the AA group that meets at the church.

Pastor Pinky as the congregation calls her says the church is actually just a section of the Community Center and, unfortunately it’s not very secure…

The Sheriff’s office responded and took a report and they do have some footprints and other evidence.

Some north San Juan residents have already come forward to help make the building more secure. Pastor Pinky says some people have chipped in to buy a security camera and their working on getting secure doors that can be bolted shut….

Anyone who may come across items from the church that were stolen or who would like to donate some labor hours is urged to get in touch with Pastor Pinky in person or on social media.
