North San Juan Food Distribution Will Take Place

Thanks to the North Gold Senior Mountaineers and many other volunteers, there will be a food distribution to the North San Juan area. The Food Bank of Nevada County has decided not to deliver food up to the ridge due to safety concerns, but the volunteers will come down to Grass Valley and bring the food back. The food distribution will be tomorrow from 10am to noon at the North San Juan Community Center. Acton says with rain and wind likely, people waiting for the food can wait inside, in a warm dry area.
