North Star House docent volunteer Deana Bensen says Betty Marvin even looks like Julia Morgan.

The North Star House was almost beyond repair after it sat dormant for decades, but the North Star House Conservancy acquired the property from the Bear Yuba Land Trust and has been working hard to restore it. Cheryl Belcher is the Conservancy Treasurer.
