November Elections Contingency Plan Ahead

Although the November General Election is over six months away, the Nevada County Elections Department says it’s establishing what it calls the basic framework for contingencies such as the coronavirus, as well as any Public Safety Power Shutoffs. Assistant Clerk-Recorder Natalie Adona says no calls of concern have been received yet. But they want to be prepared, just in case with what’s called an Administration Plan, which will be rolled out soon…
