NSJ Church Burglary Follow Up

One of the items taken from a burglary at the North San Juan church in the Community Center the Night of October 4th has turned up, according to Reverend Pinky Varner.

The church congregation and members of the community want to help put the church back together and secure it so it’s harder to break in. Reverend Varner says they would also make other improvements.

Because the Church rents their space, they will first have to go to the North San Juan Community Center Board of Directors to authorize the work. Varner says a number of people are ready and willing to do the upgrades once they are approved. The break-in at the church is still an active case.
