Observant Cops Make Arrests

It turned out the vehicle and trailer had been stolen, and 32 year-old Joel Roe of Sacramento had a felony warrant for his arrest. 27 year-old Brianne Mateo of Roseville was also arrested. Marks credits the officers involved…

Marks says there was property in the trailer that they believed had also been stolen. The investigation is continuing.
