Octogenarian Pilots Invade Grass Valley

A unique set of pilots have invaded the Nevada County Airport. According to Flying Octogenarian, Harold Wolfe,  a group of pilots that have flown a plane on or after their 80th birthday, are visiting Grass Valley for a luncheon meeting today.flyingoctogenarians

The Flying Octogenarians were in town for a few hours as they enjoyed a social lunch meeting.

Some of the pilots even brought their spouses with them-  to make sure the stories don’t get too out of hand- or at least confirm or deny the facts. All of the pilots pass a yearly physical and fly upwards of several hours per week to keep skill strong.
