Hodges entered his aunt and uncle’s home and attacked them with a claw hammer in December of 2012. Although she didn’t get the verdict she wanted, Ferguson says she was still pleased…

Ferguson says Hodges’ sentence could be anything from probation to eight and a half years in prison. Sentencing has been scheduled for June 2.
