One Passenger Flown Out After Holiday Crash

The passenger was 32-year-old Michael Jacobs of Sacramento. Gregg did not need to be transported to the hospital. Bice says excessive speed was not a factor, but you still need to pay close attention…

Bice also says there was no indication of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. But he says Gregg was cited for having a suspended license.
