Operation Gratitude through Sierra College and Wells Fargo

Sierra College and Wells Fargo partnering tomorrow to send thousands of car packages to US troops stationed overseas. The college and bank are partnering with Operation Gratitude which is already sending Care Kits to the soldiers. Wells Fargo VP of Communications, Karen Woodruff tells KNCO the goal is to create 1000 kits on Saturday.

The Care Kit packing event is at the Sierra College Rocklin Campus Cafeteria from 9:00 AM til 11:00 AM. Before the group gets to work, there will be a few presentations.

Stations include kit packing, letter writing, stress ball signing and a special station for military families to learn Financial Literacy.

In September Wells Fargo will follow Operation Gratitude with a grant program for Veteran Support Programs.

Everyone is welcome to come support Operation Gratitude Saturday from 9-11 at the Sierra College Rocklin Campus.
