The ordinance will impose fines of 100 dollars per-plant for people who violate the interim growing restrictions for the first time. A maximum of 25 plants are allowed on 20 or more acres, in non-residential areas. 20 to 30 pounds of processed marijuana was also found at the Indian Springs Ranch Road property. Three of the six people arrested are from Grass Valley: 54-year-old Linda Neely, 35-year-old Chephren Jenneman, and 28-year-old Cassandra Jenneman.
