Owner of Grass Valley Gold and Silver Arraigned on Three Felony Counts

A local gold dealer charged with selling fake gold. Nevada County District Attorney Cliff Newell says that the Grass Valley precious metals dealer arraigned Wednesday morning.

A joint investigation was launched by District Attorney Investigators and Grass Valley Police Department.

The District Attorney’s Office advises anyone dealing with precious metals and jewelry to have a trusted expert on your side of the transaction.

Cliff Newell is asking anyone with information about potential fraudulent transactions with Grass Valley Gold and Silver are encouraged to contact District Attorney Investigation Bureau or Grass Valley Police Department.
