P-G-and-E Offers Scholarships

P-G-and-E is looking for a few “bright minds”. The utility company is once again awarding scholarships to students who are in high school, college, vocational institutions, or those who are planning to return to school. This is the third year of the scholarship program. Ten scholarships of 20-thousand dollars a year for up to five years will be awarded, but Ehlers says this year, top-prize winners will have to stay in-state…

90 other two-thousand dollar scholarships will also be awarded. To apply, go to www.pge.com/brightminds. The application deadline is February 28. Winners will be notified this spring.
