P G and E Offers Inspections and Pilot Lighting Service

With days getting shorter and temperatures dropping lower and lower, P G and E is offering a couple of services that are helpful for customers.

Spokesperson Brandi Ehlers says it is important for customer to give them a call because the Gas Service Representatives know exactly what to look for to avoid future issues and safely light the gas pilot flame.

Some of the appliances that PG&E inspects include:
· Furnaces and water heaters
· Ovens and ranges
· Clothes driers
· Gas fireplaces

PG&E customers interested in scheduling a pilot relight and natural gas appliance inspection can request an appointment on our website (pge.com/myenergy) or they can call and speak to a live representative 24 hours a day at 1-800-PGE-5000. P G and E also offers a number of rebates and payment options that customers may be eligible for this winter.
