P G and E Short Planned Outage at Midnight

P G and E will have a short power outage effecting several thousand customers for short period of time beginning at midnight tonight. P G and E spokesperson Brandi Ehlers says it should only take a few minutes.

Ehlers says the outage is inconvenient, but necessary to allow for equipment repairs.

Power should only be out for about 5 minutes right at midnight while the equipment is disconnected and power restored.
