Pacific Gas and Electric to Assist East Coast with Power Restoration

As Hurricane Sandy winds down, the east coast has been left without electricity in many areas. Pacific Gas and Electric workers from California are on the way to assist with power restoration in New York. PGandE spokesperson Brandy Ehlers  explains the deployment of crews back east
