Prestwich says this lot would be connected by a footbridge built from the old Maybert bridge in the town of Washington that was donated by the county. The proposal also includes 200-plus shuttle options and 20 new bicycle spots. The Planning Commission will discuss the issue at its meeting on the 16th, with the City Council possibly agendizing it at a meeting in March.
