Parolee Arrested for Drug Posession

A parolee is back in jail after sheriff’s deputies found a quanity of suspected methamphetamine in his car. Yuba County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Damon Gil says deputies responded to Erle Road, Saturday night to a report of a suspicious car. The Lieutenant says 47 year old Larry Dorsey was found in the car. Dorsey who is on parole from state prison was searched and suspected drugs were found.

Dorsey was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine and transportation of dangerous drugs. Lieutenant Gil says the street value of the drugs seized was about twelve hundred dollars.
