Fruzza says the Service to Remember our first responders and law enforcement who gave their lives on 9-11 to rescue others, as well as those killed in the raid in Benghazi. The ceremony will be at the Grass Valley Veterans Building in front near the flag pole. Fruzza also encourages those who have American flags to fly them on September 11th at half staff.
