Pedestrian Hit By Vehicle and Seriously Injured

A 35-year-old Grass Valley man had to be flown to the hospital Friday morning after he was hit by a vehicle. Police Lieutenant Steve Johnson says Aaron Ciaffoni was walking across Brunswick Road north of Old Tunnel Road toward the Auto Zone store at the time….

Johnson says Ciafffoni was not using a crosswalk. He does not believe the driver of the Chevy Suburban was speeding. Ciaffoni’s exact condition is not known at this time.
