As a business owner in Penn Valley, I strongly oppose this high density housing. There are no jobs in Penn Valley, there are very limited services, and the added people would add to the already over taxed fire department. This just does not make sense for a community that has already paid a lot of money to draw up a town plan that the board of supervisors has already approved.
