Penn Valley Man Arrested for Child Pornography

A Penn Valley man has been arrested on child pornography charges. Nevada County Sheriff Sergeant Dan Saunders says that his office received information from Sutter County law enforcement that Ryan Shuart, 33 was involved with possession and distribution of illicit material.

Shuart,-Ryan1Nevada County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Shuart’s residence and confirmed his involvement with the material.

Saunders says that Shuart was sharing child pornography but not actually creating the material.

Shuart is in custody at the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
