Penn Valley Pipeline Project to Enter Next Phase

It may have to wait until the sun comes out again, but when it does, work will continue on the Penn Valley pipeline project. The four-mile line of pipes is to connect Penn Valley with the Lake Wildwood Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project is being funded through a multi-million dollar grant from the State Water Resources Control Board, without a rate increase for Penn Valley or Lake Wildwood customers.
