Penn Valley Rodeo Kicks Off Tonight

Get ready cowboys and cowgirls, it’s rodeo time! The Penn Valley rodeo gets underway tonight at 7 with the eight-event rodeo. Tomorrow is the parade at 3pm with the grand entry at 5:30. Don Jesser will be announcing again this year. He comes all the way from Idaho for this, and says this is one of his favorite rodeos…

And Sunday morning is a kids play day for the local kids and their horses. That starts at 10:30. It’s the 57th annual Penn Valley Rodeo.
