It’s a chance for residents of Penn Valley and Lake Wildwood to get an update on what’s going on. The Penn Valley Chamber of Commerce is hosting its sixth annual town hall meeting tonight…
Chamber President Mike Mastrodonado says Supervisor Hank Weston will address the county’s budget challenges. Other speakers will talk about various topics, including the proposed merger of Penn Valley school districts, re-zoning of some land in the Penn Valley Village Center to high density, revenue challenges for Western Gateway Park, and there will be a representative from inside the gates of Lake Wildwood. Mastrodonado says the town hall is probably the Chamber’s most popular event…
Light refreshments will be served at the beginning of the meeting at 6pm. The program will start at 6:30. Residents from other communities, including Grass Valley and Nevada City, are also invited.
