Penney’s Open In Grass Valley Amid Cutbacks

Department store chain J-C Penney has announced that it will be closing 33 stores nationally, but the one in Grass Valley is not one of them

Only one store in California is on the closure list, and that store is in San Bernadino County (Rancho Cucamonga). Miller says that store is a J-C Penny Furniture Outlet, and not a traditional department store.
