Physical Fight Lands One in Jail

A verbal altercation escalated to a physical confrontation and the police were called to a Berryhill Drive Apartment complex Sunday around 1130 AM. Sgt Joe Matteoni says the fight involved a male and a female subject.

Matteoni says that there were several visible signs of the assault.

As a result of the visible signs, and interviews with the suspect,  victim and witnesses Jason Carter was taken into custody for allegedly inflicting  corporal punishment on a cohabitant and booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
